REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of events, all sales and deposits are final and no refund will be issued.

Event purchases may not be refundable but instead can be transferrable to a future event or another person who will attend the event in the purchasers' place. Additionally, I also understand that if I submit a chargeback or dispute contrary to these terms, this is considered a form of fraud and there may be legal action against me depending on the circumstances. Super Regional Ticket Policy & Terms

By registering for our events and purchasing a Super Regional Only ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Payment in Full: Tickets for the Super Regional event must be paid in full at the time of registration. There are no deposit or partial payment options available.
• Event Access Restrictions: This ticket provides admission strictly to the Super Regional event only. It does not include or grant access to the 11th annual Yacht Party Access.
• Ticket Transfers: You may transfer your paid ticket amount to another Novae University event.
• Communication: It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. We will use this information to communicate important updates and reminders regarding your registration and the event.
• Acceptance of Terms: By completing the registration process for the Super Regional event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
